Due to growth in 2018/19 we are pleased to be able to offer a number of roles to work within our team covering instructional positions.

As our courses are technical in nature, experience is a pre-requisite of employment as well as the ability to get involved in every part of the course both theoretically and physically. Our company ethos means we do not believe in asking others to do what we are not willing or able to do ourselves so we get involved in every single aspect of the training alongside our students. As the maritime industry evolves it means we must evolve with it and ensure that our students get up to date training at all times so it is crucial that we employ instructors that are keen to develop and grow the courses as time moves on.

Above all it is imperative that all of our instructors have a passion for what they are delivering and not a tick box mentality.
