Will I get cold and wet during the Sea Survival module?

The short answer is no. You will be wearing a commercial immersion suit throughout which is designed to keep you warm and dry. For whatever reason should you get wet and cold during the Personal Survival Techniques course we will get you out of the water, warm you up and get you back in when your ready.

Do I need to provide any of my own equipment?

No, everything you require for the training will be provided. Smart casual clothing for the theory sessions and a couple of sets of clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty/wet (tracksuit bottoms and T-shirt).
