The STCW Proficiency in survival craft and rescue boats other than fast rescue boats (Restricted) was previously known as the Advanced Sea Survival for Yacht crew.
course will provide the education and training to yacht personnel who are required to take charge of a survival craft in emergency situations. This course was intended for crew serving on vessels that are not equipped with davit launched lifeboats.
